Our Wood Type Wednesdays are a quick and dirty way to see if letterpress is for you. Set the type, ink it up and get printing.
Our Introduction to Letterpress class takes it back to the early 1900s. This class is a deeper dive into the craft of letterpress printing. You'll learn a little history, the proper way to set, proof, lock up type for printing on our Vandercook Proof press. Groups of 4 needed to run this class.
In the Letterpress poster workshop you'll craft a poster from start to finish. This class is meant to run with 4-6 people and is best suited for small groups who want to do a workshop together. please contact us to schedule a date. Cost is $125/person for a 6 hour workshop
